Samsung Launches 4 "Kitkat" Cheap

Samsung launches new smartphones quartet for the entry-level segment. They are the Galaxy Core II, Ace 4, Young 2, and Star 2 All of which is equipped with the latest Android operating system 4.4.

As quoted from The Next Web, from four low-end phones, the Galaxy Core II occupied the top spot with a 4.5-inch WVGA screen, quad-core processor 1.2 GHz, 768 MB RAM, 5 megapixel camera, 4GB of internal storage, micro-SD slot, and a 2,000 mAh battery.

Following below Galaxy Ace 4 with specs include a 4-inch WVGA screen, 512 MB RAM, 5 megapixel camera, 4GB of internal storage, micro-SD slot and a 1,800 mAh battery. LTE variant of the Galaxy Ace 4 equipped with a faster processor, 1.2 GHz, 1 GB RAM follows.

At the bottom there is a duet Young Galaxy 2 and Galaxy Star 2 which actually has almost the exact same specs.

Both carry a 3.5-inch HVGA screen, 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage, micro-SD slot, and a 1,300 mAh battery.

The difference, Young Galaxy 2 has a higher-resolution camera than the Star 2 (3 versus 2 megapixels mengapixel) and equipped with a GPS feature.

Samsung has not revealed the price or the availability schedule for all four of these devices. However, viewed from the specifications, they should be priced relatively affordable.
